Dr. John Davila specializes in compliance for chiropractors, who are running subluxation and adjustment-focused practices. He teaches doctors to document and adjust subluxations properly. Whether you have a 100% cash practice or utilize insurance in your practice, compliance is important.
Perhaps it’s even more important for practices that don't take insurance to make sure that the care they provide is documented appropriately. That way, doctors can stay in good standing with their state boards.
John Davila, D.C., FICC, received his degree in 1994 from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Upon graduation, he established three successful practices in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, area which he operated for 13 years.
Since 2000, Dr. Davila has been training doctors and staff on the topics of federal and state level insurance compliance. He has consulted for Axis Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, American Specialty Health Network, Colonial Life, Companion Property and Casualty, Chiropractic Network of the Carolinas, and Palmetto GBA.
You can find more about Dr. John at CustomChiroSolutions.com and you can see Dr. John at Mile High. He will be attending the whole weekend, and he will be teaching an additional 4-hour CE course on Sunday. By all means, if you need CE credits, attend his class on Sunday. You can add this and other CE classes when you register for Mile High at www.RiseUptoMileHigh.com. If you’ve already registered and didn’t add CE, you can go back to the registration link and add it on. Colorado docs must have a class on Rule 22 every two year, and this class fulfills that requirement. If you’re not practicing in Colorado, regardless of where you practice, this class will be of great value to you.

It's really refreshing when someone comes from the research science world into the chiropractic world and brings wisdom with them. Amy Haas is such a person.
Dr. Amy Haas is a New England native, born and raised in Connecticut. After completing a bachelor's, master's, and PhD in Biochemistry, Dr. Amy completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Pathology at Harvard Medical School in Boston. She then accepted a position as a Research Scientist/Enzymologist at ZymeQuest, a small biotech in Beverly, MA specializing in blood products.
After experiencing a series of injuries that had left her unable to enjoy her favorite activities, Dr. Amy tried several approaches to get well again. It wasn't until she found Structural Chiropractic care that she was truly able to heal and have restored function. This experience was so powerful that she decided to change career paths and become a Doctor of Chiropractic.
After having graduated Summa Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Amy completed a year and a half of apprenticeship with Dr. Eric Richards of HealthSprout Chiropractic before moving back home to New England to start her own practice.
Dr. Amy Haas is the only doctor in the greater Nashua area practicing her unique and specific focus: NeuroStructural Correction. Unlike many conventional chiropractors in the area, Dr. Amy draws upon her knowledge and experience as both a Doctor of Biochemistry and Chiropractic. This allows her to provide highly effective outcomes and help her patients get the best results she can provide.
She published a paper in the Chiropractic Journal of Australia, along with David Russell, titled "Sustained Improvement of Heart Rate Variability in Patients Undergoing a Program of Chiropractic Care," a retrospective case series.
The Foundation for Vertebral Subluxation has awarded Amy Haas, DC, Ph.D., Researcher of the Year for her work on its multi-pronged project to address questions related to the role of chiropractic care in immune function.
When not in her practice, Dr. Amy can be found playing with her dogs, cooking healthy dishes, practicing yoga, or exploring greater New England's outdoor recreational opportunities.
On this podcast, you'll hear Dr. Amy talk about:

Dr. Ben Tapper hails from Omaha, Nebraska, and gained nationwide attention when a video of his powerful speech at an Omaha city council meeting, opposing mask mandates, went viral. Within just 24 hours, the video accumulated over three million views. Dr. Tapper has since been fearlessly confronting the mainstream media's Covid-19 fear-mongering narrative, backing his claims with facts and statistical evidence.
Unfortunately, Dr. Tapper's unwavering dedication to transparency and exposing the collusion between big pharma and the government has made him one of the most censored and banned individuals in America. This recognition highlights the impact Dr. Tapper has had in bringing the truth to light.
What sets Dr. Ben Tapper apart is not only his expertise but also his remarkable humility and grounded nature. He is a true trailblazer, leading the way for medical freedom and inspiring others to join the cause. Dr. Tapper is also the visionary behind the film The Time is Now, and his personal motto, "My convictions are greater than my complacency," perfectly encapsulates the mission chiropractors strive to live by.

He shares his conviction that this is an opportune time for chiropractors to step forward, share their stories, and spread the truth with integrity. As he often says, "The path of least resistance makes rivers and men crooked."
