One month we actually had a $30,000 office dip in collections because we didn't realize our phone wasn't being answered.  Yes, true story.

Zach Beimes, the CEO and co-founder of YesTrak is the very special guest on this episode of The Mile High Podcast.  Zach has seen the full gamut from loss of revenue, loss of impact from people not answering the phones properly, and successes and record breaking growth people answer the phones effectively. That’s why Zach invented the brilliant solution to the phone answering challenge.

Zach is a father, son, entrepreneur, patented inventor, problem solver, technologist, humanist, and mountain climber.

He’s an SaaS, development, operations, and marketing executive with international experience and Spanish language skills. record of success delivering exits as a founder, investor's representative, and executive manager brought on to drive scale.  He’s built and managed businesses in the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean.

YesTrak is a remote solution, with patented technology, for small businesses like yours.  You convert your phone calls into people on the table in your office.  When was last time you wanted to listen to a voicemail or even wanted to leave a voicemail?  Having a real person answer your phone is vital to your impact.  The truth is that doctors everywhere are losing money because of using voicemail and not considering the lifetime value of a practice member.  Another challenge of voicemail answering is the human element.  Consider the risk of malpractice from not getting to the phone on time.

In this service age, business goes to the person who provides human contact.

Listen to this podcast to learn the ins and outs of providing a real human being to answer your phone in your office.  Then check YesTrak at YesTrak.com and use code LWP50 to have a test drive of the YesTrak system.  Have a real, live person answer the phone when you're out of the office.  When you see the difference it makes, you'll never go back to voicemail!  And you'll have more people on more tables more often!

There have been many great chiropractors in the history of chiropractic, but only a handful of chiropractic greats - the legends who, generations later, people still talk about. Those are the ones who leave a legacy, and Reggie Gold is one of these chiropractic giants, along with Stevie Palmer, B.J. Palmer, and Dan Stephenson.  Another chiropractor who has had a tremendous impact philosophically, is Dr. Simon Senzon, the very special guest on this episode of The Mile High Podcast..  He has gathered historical, literature, and research references to assist in uncovering philosophical resources, references, and truths and made it available today.

Dr. Simon Senzon founded The Institute Chiropractic, or TIC, the premier online continuing education program for chiropractors.  The mission of TIC is to preserve, evolve, and teach the history of ideas in chiropractic through the complete online learning center.

Dr. Senzon is an academic pushing the boundaries of chiropractic knowledge. His research on the history of ideas in chiropractic has led to him lecturing around the world.

Simon teaches 3 to 4 live events annually, and delivers several online lectures to chiropractic groups and college classes on a regular basis.

Besides maintaining the online learning center at TIC, Dr. Senzon publishes chiropractic texts and classic chiropractic posters.

In addition to all that, Dr. Senzon maintains a private chiropractic practice in Asheville, North Carolina, where he lives with his wife Susan (who is also a chiropractor) and their three children, Arielle, Noah, and Iya Rose.

On this podcast episode, you’ll hear Dr. Simon Senzon discuss his newest book The Triune of Life: Reggie Gold’s Philosophical Legacy, just released on Amazon.com this month.  You can order your copy at https://a.co/d/2RYSd9Q.   Simon includes contributions from numerous current chiropractic authors, whose lives were impacted by Reggie Gold, reprints of his life, and other resources.  This book is an incredible treasure!

  • Information about the book
  • The chiropractic meeting of the Triune of Life

On this episode of The Mile High Podcast, you’ll meet chiropractic brother, Dr. David Scheiner, D.C.  Born in New York, he was exposed to spiritual practices at age 8. By his early teens, he had experienced many weekend retreat workshops facilitated by leading spiritual authorities.  He also made numerous excursions and adventures to remote lands in Mexico and Spain, learning from great spiritual masters who led him deeper into silence, his heart, and healing.

David found great success from 1996 – 2012 in the world of hands-on healing and speaking, as the founder of 4 holistic health and wellness centers and corporate-based wellness programs.

Despite living out what he always viewed as the “American dream,” David found himself hitting unexpected bumps in the road both personally and professionally, feeling anxious, unfulfilled, and wanting more. Frightened of what might happen to him if he continued down that path, David sold his businesses and walked away from everything he had worked so tirelessly to build.

David has traveled extensively to study with great teachers while living in lengthy periods of contemplation and silence. He took a deep dive into meditation retreats and began the work of fully understanding and healing himself so he could in turn fully understand and heal others.

He found his way to Chiropractic and Life University, where he graduated and has practiced for 20 years. David now focuses on helping people find a way to Chiropractic as a profession.  He's written two books, Chiropractic Reveal and State Laws of Chiropractic Success, as well as four novels.

On this podcast you’ll hear about:

  • The meaning of success in Chiropractic and in life
  • Gifts you give and receive as a chiropractor
  • How to get on the right path and realize happiness, joy, and fulfillment in your life through coaching and Growth Shops
  • And MUCH more!

This podcast will inspire you to transform your life, so you can transform more lives!

The walk and path of a second-generation chiropractor is a special one, especially when picking up a torch of leadership.  Justin Ohm is doing just that.  He’s a second-generation family chiropractor with a strong focus in perinatal and newborn care.  He’s the son of Jeanie Ohm, and chiropractic has been his life since birth.  He has four children, all of whom were born at home. Justin is the director of the ICPA. The Ohm family has done a tremendous amount for the Chiropractic profession as a whole.

You’re going to love this deep dive interview discussing:

  • Building trust in practice with your practice members
  • Empowering expectant moms
  • Salutogenic-based care
  • What the ICPA has accomplished and what's coming up next
  • And MUCH more

The ICPA needs the Chiropractic profession to support them in their quest for pathways to wellness.  A great debt of gratitude is owed to the ICPA and the Ohm family for all they've done. Please seriously consider becoming a member of the ICPA and supporting their programs and research agenda.  Justin’s website is icpa4kids.com.

The ICPA is a constant supporter of Mile High and an exhibitor at the weekend events.  So, to the ICPA family from the Mile High family, thank you for continuing to change lives and minds, and letting the world know how important perinatal care, newborn care, and family chiropractic care are.

It's amazing that in a profession that values communication and connection as some of its founding values and principles, some chiropractors may have less-than-stellar communication with their teams and with practice members. Just as enhancing communication in a person's body through chiropractic care is a chiropractor’s objective, Mango Voice has a goal and mission of simplifying and enhancing communication with people in one of their most important interactions, their healthcare. The very special guest on this episode of the Mile High Podcast is Kevin Tallman of Mango Voice.  His favorite quote is "Success is going from failure to failure without losing your enthusiasm." Winston Churchill.  Kevin’s website is https://mangovoice.com.

Our amazing team is US based and our average answer rate is under 3 minutes. You won’t have to worry about blocking out two hours of your day and be transferred to eight departments to get the help you need
  • Automated features: You can interact with patients with no human interaction. Are you missing calls and potential new patients because you can’t answer your phone? With Mango we can help you interact with those missed calls

Using Mango’s tools you can analyze how your team is doing with patients. This allows you to train and better equip your team to ensure you are interacting with patients how you want.  Working with Mango Voice will help you get more people in the door and on tables.

Dr. Russell Goff’s favorite quote is from the Bible, a statement made by Jesus of Nazareth, Give generously and generous gifts will be given back to you, shaken down to make room for more. Abundant gifts will pour out upon you with such an overflowing measure that it will run over the top! The measurement of your generosity becomes the measurement of your return.”

Russell grew up on the farm in central Wyoming. After two years at Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, California, God called him to be a chiropractor. He had never considered it as a profession until that time, even though he had been seen by a chiropractor since he was a teenager. He graduated from Sherman College in 2019, just in time for the world to end. He began working at Sherman in 2021, as the Development Coordinator in their philanthropy and donation efforts.

As many of you know, Richelle and I graduated from Sherman.  The college is the Chiropractic center of the universe, in our opinion.  They have done so much for so many students and for the Chiropractic profession.  So, giving back to the institution that has given so much to us is vitally important.  Students are the future of the Chiropractic profession, and supporting them in their education is key to extending the philosophy, art, and science of Chiropractic to future generations.

On this episode of the Mile High Podcast, you’ll discover:

  • How giving is vital to your health
  • The best way to start giving to Sherman College
  • Specific programs where the money goes to support the students directly
  • How to become a regent or corporate regent
  • The President’s Circle and internships
  • And MUCH more!

Enjoy this podcast, and when you’re at the Sherman Lyceum (if you aren’t registered, git ‘er done) be sure to stop by and say, “Hi,” to Russell and talk to him about how you can give to Sherman College.

Be sure to mark your calendar for Mile High 11 in September of 2023.
