Organization, patterns, intelligence, and tone are the vital foundational aspects of Chiropractic philosophy, science, and art. It’s always a treat talking to David Fletcher about the nerve system and objective outcome assessments.

He’s the president and CEO of Chiropractic Leadership Alliance and a renowned chiropractor, who practiced in Toronto for many years. He and his associates had a thriving, cash-based family practice that served hundreds of patients weekly.

For three decades, the Chiropractic Leadership Alliance has impacted thousands of practices and millions of patients. David has worked alongside Christopher Tent and Patrick Sentempo for decades now. They are a team of chiropractic experts dedicated to creating technologies for chiropractors to measure and communicate results with certainty. Chiropractic care is a partnership that demands great communication for amazing outcomes. The INSiGHT technologies bridge the gap between symptom care and ongoing care, allowing doctors and their patients to experience measurable growth.

As the owner of CLA, David oversees the clinical, technological and practice development strategies while mapping a future vision for both CLA and the chiropractic profession.  CLA’s mission is that every chiropractic office has INSiGHT™ technology at the hub of their practice to create a standard of care for chiropractors to measure and communicate their results with certainty.

We've seen the Chiropractic profession slowly trek further and further away from the foundational principles and values toward allopathy and medicine.  A big why for David Fletcher and CLA is protecting the values of tech and giving people resources and tools, so they can move away from allopathy and toward Chiropractic. The culture through the past two years has actually reveled in illness behavior. Masks, vaccines, keeping six feet away from others became the norm.

On the other hand, chiropractors are the voice of trust. Trust life, trust your body, your body is why you have the capacity to heal. You can close the gap between your body being at less than is optimal and being at its optimal expression.

On this episode of The Mile High Podcast, you’ll be looking deeper inside and gaining insight into the nerve system with David.  Enjoy the interview and be sure to mark your calendar for Mile High 11, September 21st – 24th, 2023.

Dr. Ian’s favorite quote is: “It is our responsibilities, not ourselves, we should take seriously.” Peter Ustinov.  Discussing Chiropractic philosophy and prenatal and pediatric Chiropractic is something that is always energizing when discussing it with Ian Shtulman.  Frequently, when I travel and talk to other chiropractors, they tell me how highly they think of Ian Shtulman.

He's a second-generation chiropractor practicing in Palm Beach County, Florida.  He’s a Life University graduate who received a philosophy distinction award.  Dr Shtulman is well-known for teaching pediatrics.  He's a diplomate in the pediatrics program and is on the faculty of the ICPA.  Dr. Ian is passionate about fostering relationships with medical professionals about the importance of children, infants, families, and everyone receiving quality chiropractic care focused on the location, analysis, and adjustment of subluxation. He’s been a breakout session and main-stage presenter at Mile High the past two years.

On this podcast, you’ll hear more about:

  • Communication in family wellness practice
  • The importance of Chiropractic philosophy
  • Building relationships with other providers
  • Supporting the next generation of chiropractors
  • And Much More!

You can find out more about Dr. Ian and IPCA at https://ipca4kids.org.  ICPA is having a gathering the weekend of August 19th & 20th.  You can find more information and register at https://icpa4kids.com/training/events/icpa-gathering-2022/

This quote sums up the philosophy of today’s guest on the Mile High Podcast: “Great things in business are never done by one person.  They’re done by a team of people.”  -  Steve Jobs

You'd be hard-pressed to find a chiropractor who draws a line in the sand relative to the chiropractic principle as definitively as Michael Viscarelli. He opened up private practice in 2012 in Golden, Colorado, grew to 300 visits a week within a month, and increased to 1,200 visits a week within his first year. He built a seven-figure practice in one year.

Dr. Michael and Tara Viscarelli, founders of ADIO Chiropractic, believe in contributing to the overall health and quality of life of each of their practice members. They believe that health is our number one asset and that nothing about the body is an accident. He’s been restoring lives one adjustment at a time in the Golden, Colorado, area. He’s been showing his practice members that they can stop “just coping” with life and start living it.

Now, he wants to show YOU how you can make a profound impact on the lives of YOUR practice members.  Michael co-founded Amped and supports as a member of the IFCO. He’s donated to many chiropractic schools and has mentored nearly 1,000 offices that have opened across America. When there is a renaissance for the principle, you'll know that Michael Viscarelli is one of those who sparks it.  You can find out more about Michael at ampedconnect.com.

In this episode you’ll hear:

  • Why Michael chose the Chiropractic profession
  • What fuels his energy
  • Why serving the principle is his focus
  • How he loves seeing docs go further, faster
  • And MUCH more!

Enjoy this content-rich episode with Dr. Michael. He's a big part of why Colorado is a hub to the Chiropractic principles. Be sure to visit the hub in September 2023 at Mile-High 11. Keep changing spines, and lives, and minds with Chiropractic!

Elise Rigney has been on a trajectory of growth that seems like it's just beginning to pick up steam or just coming out of the station.

Dr. Elise Rigney is a home-grown Mile High heroine. She runs a tremendous, multi-doctor practice in Fort Collins, Colorado, impacting her community with excellence and quality care on a daily basis, based on ChiropracTIC principles. Many years ago when Richelle and I were students at Sherman College, Reggie Gold told students that the battle for politics and philosophy in Chiropractic has moved from the school level to the state level. He said that we had to be board-busters and change our state organizations and state boards. Richelle took that to heart and has been part of changing the state board and state organization in Colorado since we arrived over 20 years ago.

In this episode, you’ll hear the new president of the Colorado Chiropractic Association discuss the changes that have happened and will be happening in the months ahead. People, listen to this because this in not just a Mile High State episode. It will help you have some insight about how you can make an impact in your state, in your region, or your country. While at Parker Chiropractic College, Dr. Waters fell in love with neurology. He found it fascinating to see how the nervous system from a neurological standpoint runs everything from the cells, tissues, organs, and disease processes. “I can see a change in a person right after a treatment. It drives me to see that change in somebody. It’s satisfying to see someone crawl into my office and be able to walk out.” Or as his wife likes to say, “Hobble in but skip out.”

In addition to his Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Waters serves the Colorado Chiropractic Association (CCA) as current President 2021-2022

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Waters enjoys an active family life with his wife, son, and 2 dogs. The family enjoys listening to music, going to the zoo, taking nature walks and going to thrift stores. Dr. Waters is also a Mason, Shriner, and belongs to the Scottish Rite. He also spends time officiating at high school football games and working out at a local gym. Check out the Colorado Chiropractor’s Association website at http://www.coloradochiropractic.org.

On this episode you’ll find out about:

· What excites Dr. Jarod about Chiropractic

· His journey in the Chiropractic profession

· The changes at the state association level that are taking place in Colorado

Jarod’s favorite quote is, “Three things that will cause disease are thoughts, trauma and toxins.” If you're not happy with some of the things you see happening in the Chiropractic profession, be the change and make changes in your state. More change is on the horizon in Colorado, and gratefully the state association has made some of those changes and is currently on the path to making more of those changes.
