If you want to have extraordinary practice, then having exceptional customer service is truly job one.  A foundational Parker principle by Jim Parker is, "Loving service is a foundation of a successful practice!"  You're in a service-oriented industry.  Getting yourself and your whole team on-board with delivering your exceptional customer service is vital.  No matter how good you are at describing the philosophy and teaching the philosophy, and no matter how good your adjusting skills are, only exceptional customer service will insure that you have people to whom you can teach chiropractic and whom you can adjust.

Quote of the week: "You can have everything in your life you want if you will help others get what they want." - Zig Ziglar
